Colorado Proposes Edibles Stop Sign

Colorado health regulators want the state to put a THC stop sign on edibles and stop calling cannabis-infused confections “candy.” It’s not clear how individual edibles would be marked — via manufacturing stamp or mold; via food-grade printable appliques; or perhaps with royal icing squirted from pricey machines or done by hand at a significant labor cost.

Denver Station Indefinitely Delays Cannabis TV Ads; Sacramento Dispensary Spot Flashback; Newsom Report Ad Curbs

Citing “concerns about the lack of clarity around federal regulations that govern broadcast involving such ads,” the Denver affiliate of The E.W. Scripps Company, America’a 11th largest television station group, suspended plans to broadcast advertisements for two cannabis businesses.
